Maysteel Industries, LLC, "Maysteel," welcomes Justin DeLany to its team as Director of Program Management. Justin will lead the team's Allenton, WI and Monterrey, MEX engineering activities, internal engineering projects and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.

Justin brings with him over 20 years of experience across sheet metal fabrication, assembly, transactional process improvement, and operational excellence in manufacturing. He has master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Engineering Management (MSEM), and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE). He is a well-recognized as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, credentialed as a Program Management Professional (PgMP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
