Maysteel Industries LLC Adds Stamping Press Capability

December 15, 2015, Allenton, WI - Maysteel Industries LLC, a leading manufacturer of precision sheet metal enclosures, announces plans to add additional stamping press capability to its Allenton, WI facility.

Maysteel Industries will be adding a 500-Ton Heim “Maxi-Stamper” stamping press to its lineup of sheet metal fabrication equipment. This press joins existing 200 and 400 ton presses to create an extremely versatile stamping work cell. The addition further bolsters Maysteel’s ability to deliver more reliable, highly repeatable processes for sheet metal projects.

The press has a 60” x 120” Bed Size and will be fitted with a servo-coil feed line after installation.

“This press gives us the ability to further leverage the wealth of stamping knowledge we have at Maysteel. “ says Allenton Manufacturing Engineering Manager Mark Mertzig. “It will provide us the ability to offer our customers an integrated fabrication capability option that not many other sheet metal manufacturers in the area have.”
